We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Keywin Sports. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the product back to us. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Please note that we only accept returns or exchanges for items that are in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds are sent to the original purchaser's method of payment. If you have any questions about our return or exchange policy, please feel free to contact us.

​If your Pedal is faulty or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping) and / or replacement.

If you change your mind (it happens to the best of us) or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact us to issue an exchange or refund of your purchase. Please note that the return shipping isn't covered and must be provided by you.

​Body performance creams that have been used cannot be returned. However, if you would like to return or exchange any unused tubs, please contact us.
